With 20 years in Dubai's construction sector, Marcus founded Valen Contractor to bring European precision to the UAE market. He oversees all major project relationships and strategic direction.
Layla Al Rashid
Director of Projects
Layla brings 14 years of project management expertise across residential and commercial builds. She ensures every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
James Thornton
Head of Design & Build
James leads our design-build division, translating client visions into detailed construction plans. His background spans architecture and structural engineering.
Priya Nair
Client Relations Director
Priya is the primary point of contact for all Valen clients. She manages relationships from first consultation through to post-handover support.
